プライバシーポリシー

ヒナガタ（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを定めます。本アプリの iOS 版と Web 版の両方に適用します。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、利用者の個人情報その他の情報を収集しません。
アカウント登録はなく、利用にあたって氏名やメールアドレスなどを求めることはありません。

2. データの保存場所

本アプリに入力したデータは、利用者の端末内（iOS 版はアプリの保存領域、Web 版はブラウザの保存領域）にのみ保存されます。
本アプリには通信の機能がなく、開発者のサーバーを含め、外部へ送信されることはありません。
iOS 版のデータはアプリ内のファイル（「hinagata.json」）に保存され、ファイル App の「このiPhone内」から見ることができます。巻き戻し用の控え（スナップショット）と表示の設定も端末内に保存します。控えは 14 日で自動的に消えます。
iOS 版の保存領域は、利用者が iCloud バックアップを有効にしている場合、Apple のバックアップに含まれることがあります。

3. 書き出し・共有

バックアップの書き出し、分析用の書き出し、転記用 QR の表示は、利用者が操作したときにだけ行われます。書き出しの送り先は利用者が選びます。
分析用の書き出しでは、テキスト・番号付きリスト・項目の欄に書いた内容は伏せられません。個人を特定できる情報が含まれていないか、書き出したファイルを確認してから渡してください。
転記用 QR は、作成した文章をそのまま QR コードにして画面に表示するだけです。
送り先や、QR を読み取った機器でのデータの取り扱いは、それぞれの方針に従います。

4. AI への依頼文

本アプリは AI に渡す依頼文を画面に表示するだけで、AI のサービスへは送信しません。
利用者が依頼文を AI のサービスへ貼り付けた場合、その内容の取り扱いは貼り付け先のサービスの方針に従います。

5. 解析・広告・トラッキング

本アプリは、アクセス解析・広告・トラッキングの仕組みを使用しません。

6. Web 版の配信

Web 版は Cloudflare, Inc. のサービス（Cloudflare Pages）で配信しています。ページを届けるため、同社が IP アドレスなどの通信情報を処理する場合があります。詳しくは同社のプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

7. データの削除

アプリの「設定」の「全データを削除して初期状態に戻す」で、ページ・データベース・ヒナガタ・設定を削除し、初期状態に戻せます（iOS 版のファイル App のファイルも初期状態の内容になります）。
巻き戻し用の控えは上の操作では消えません。「設定」から個別に削除するか、14 日で自動的に消えます。
アプリの削除（iOS 版）やブラウザのサイトデータの削除（Web 版）によって、控えを含むすべてのデータを消去できます。iCloud バックアップに含まれた分は、iCloud の設定から削除できます。
削除したデータは、開発者も復元できません。

本ポリシーを改定する場合は、このページでお知らせします。

Hinagata (the “App”) does not collect any personal or other information. There is no account registration.
Data you enter is stored only on your device (in the app’s storage on iOS, or in your browser’s storage on the web). The App has no networking features and never sends your data anywhere, including to the developer. On iOS, your data is kept in a file in the app (“hinagata.json”), which you can see in the Files app under “On My iPhone”, and may be included in your iCloud Backup. Snapshots for rolling back are kept on your device and expire after 14 days.
Backups, analysis exports and the transcription QR code are produced only when you do it, and you choose where exports go. Analysis exports do not mask what you type in free-text fields, so check the file before you share it. The destination’s own policy applies to data you send there.
The App only shows a prompt for you to copy into an AI service; it never sends anything to AI services itself. If you paste the prompt into an AI service, that service’s policy applies.
The App does not use any analytics, advertising or tracking.
The web version is served by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.), which may process network information such as IP addresses to deliver the pages. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
“全データを削除して初期状態に戻す” (Delete all data) in Settings resets the App (snapshots are kept until you delete them or they expire). Deleting the app (iOS) or clearing the site data in your browser (web) erases everything. The developer cannot recover deleted data.
Any changes to this policy will be announced on this page.
